Zimbabwe dollar and new forex policy

Here is a description of the movement of the Zim dollar as banks were allowed to trade in forex more freely.
The movement - from 200m to the USD prior to the policy to 165m after the policy - corresponds to movement against the pound - which was 400m to 300m. The rate against the pound has drifted back however, and was around 360m.
Oddly, SWRadioAfrica describes this as strengthening - weakening, chaps, weakening

Has the An Yue Jiang really left?

The International Transport Workers’ Federation has announced that the An Yue Jiang has left Luanda and appeared to be moving at 10 knots in the Cape Town direction. She did not offload her weapons in Luanda.
The world continues to be amazed by the steadfastness of the workers’ unions.
